Forhad Razzaque, President
Forhad Razzaque is responsible for the strategic growth and development of Integras Intelligence’s business lines. Mr. Razzaque is widely recognized in the industry for his ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and for his dedication to customer needs. In his previous role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at a worldwide investigative and consulting firm. Mr. Razzaque holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University and is a graduate of the FBI’s Citizen’s Academy.
Anthony Picciano, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
Anthony Picciano oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is responsible for compliance issues, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Tony has more than a decade of investigative, research, and hands-on customer service experience. Private equity firms, Fortune 1000 companies, educational institutions, and government agencies have all relied on his customized investigative strategies. His attention to detail, methodical and sometimes imaginative approach, and business acumen have yielded invaluable decision-making intelligence for clients. Tony is FCRA Advanced Certified by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).
Tim Kavanagh, Vice President, Investigations
Tim Kavanagh has more than 25 years of investigative experience. He is a retired detective from the New York City Police Department. As a lead investigator for Integras, he has managed hundreds of investigations that involved conducting surveillance, interviews, skip tracing and undercover operations. Mr. Kavanagh received a B.A. in History from the State University of New York – Stony Brook.
Robert Chang, Vice President
Robert Chang brings more than 15 years of experience in the security and investigations industry. He previously led the San Francisco and Boston offices of one of the world’s largest private security companies, managing accounts that generated $16 million in annual revenue and a workforce of 400+ employees. He excels at client relationship management and service operations leadership. Mr. Chang holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard and an MBA degree from Boston University.
Josephine Mauro, Director, Investigations
Josephine manages global investigations for Integras. She offers more than 30 years of experience as an intelligence and tactical analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During her career with the FBI, Jo spent the past two decades working on matters related to organized crime, providing analytical support to countless investigations.
Brian Moriarty, Director, Background Investigations
Brian Moriarty oversees background investigations at Integras Intelligence, including employment screening, corporate investigations, due diligence research and litigation support. He has completed the FCRA Advanced Certificate Program, offered by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Brian joined Integras as an investigative analyst and quickly advanced to director by demonstrating strong leadership skills, expertise in the nuances of background investigations, and superior customer service. Before joining Integras, Brian worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the New York City Department of Probation. He graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Michael Ginch, Manager, Investigations
Michael Ginch has over ten years of law enforcement and investigative experience. Before joining Integras, Michael worked for the New York City Police Department. Prior to becoming a police officer, Michael started his career as an intern with the United States Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force of New York and New Jersey and worked as a research analyst for a private investigation firm. Michael graduated from Molloy University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
Alondra Cuevas, Manager, Background Investigations
Alondra Cuevas manages background screening operations at Integras Intelligence, including training and oversight of investigative analysts. She has completed the FCRA Advanced Certificate Program, offered by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Before joining Integras, Alondra completed various internships across the New York City Mayor’s Office, Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, and the Freie Universitat in Berlin, Germany. Alondra graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and recently completed a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Baruch College.
Daniel Sindall, Senior Investigator
Senior Investigator Daniel Sindall works with clients nationwide. An FBI agent for more than 32 years, he served in the New York and Atlanta offices, including stints on the SWAT teams of both offices. His areas of investigative expertise include violent crime, drug matters, and domestic terrorism. Mr. Sindall also served in several overseas posts, including Venezuela and Haiti. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Scranton.
Adrian Rosario, Senior Investigator
Mr. Rosario has more than 35 years of investigative experience. He started his career with the U.S. Army and then joined the New York City Police Department, where he retired as Sergeant Detective in the Bronx District Attorney’s office. After retiring from the NYPD, Mr. Rosario served as the Director of Security for Co-op City in the Bronx and provided executive protection to the vice chairman of Goldman Sachs.
Thomas Kavanagh, Senior Investigator
Thomas Kavanagh is a retired NYPD Sergeant with over twenty years of law enforcement and investigative experience. During his time with the NYPD, Tom was a patrol officer and squad commander, ultimately retiring from the Intelligence Division. Since retiring, Tom has served as a lead investigator for Integras, serving client needs throughout the New York City metropolitan area.
Thomas Walzer, Senior Technician, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
Thomas Walzer retired from the FBI as a special agent after 33 years of service. He was trained in the use of high-end receivers and other advanced technical surveillance countermeasures equipment by the Interagency Training Center in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he completed U.S. Department of State training in performing comprehensive assessments to identify and correct fundamental weaknesses/vulnerabilities in the technical security of a facility. Mr. Walzer was also a member of the FBI’s enhanced TSCM team.
Norman Allbritton, Senior Technician, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
Norman Allbritton serves as a senior technician for TSCM inspections. A retired FBI agent, he spent the last 16 years of his career planning, supervising, and executing the technical aspects of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), T-III court-ordered wire taps, court-ordered pen registers, trap/trace and cellular telephone tracking. Mr. Allbritton maintained and operated the cellular telephone tracking and TSCM programs for the New Orleans FBI office from 1996 to 2009, conducting inspections at sensitive locations around the world, including numerous U.S. embassies. Mr. Allbritton is also a U.S. Navy veteran. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Orleans.
Bruce Tarnalicki, Senior Technician, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
Bruce Tarnalicki is a retired FBI Special Agent with over 30 years of experience. For 15 years, he led technically trained agents in the design, implementation and operation of electronic surveillance platforms in both criminal and national security matters. He received advanced TSCM training from the U.S. Government Intelligence Community and, over a 25-year-period, performed hundreds of TSCM sweeps at U.S. facilities across the country and around the world. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Mark Kominek, Senior Technician, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
Mark Kominek retired from the FBI in 2016 after 27 years as a Special Agent. For 25 of those years he served as a Technically Trained Agent specializing in the collection of evidence and intelligence through the installation and use of electronic surveillance devices. Mr. Kominek also received training in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures from the FBI and from the U.S. Government Interagency Training Center. He conducted security assessments and TSCM examinations in government facilities throughout the world for 17 years. Mr. Kominek holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
Lisa Morton, Senior Analyst, Media and Open Source Intelligence
Lisa Morton has extensive research and training experience, most recently as a lead researcher at LexisNexis, a leading content curator in the business insights solutions and competitive intelligence space. During her time at LexisNexis, she developed expertise in investigative research, working one-on-one with clients across multiple industries for customized professional service projects. Extensive experience in investigation and background research make her a key contributor to the Integras team. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Grace College.
Jim Tierney, Senior Consultant
Mr. Tierney has extensive law enforcement and private security experience. He spent 25 years as an FBI agent and supervisor in New York City, contributing extensively to sensitive counterintelligence investigations and other criminal matters. He then joined one of the world’s leading private security companies as a national account manager. In this role, he served as the primary contact for one of the firm’s largest clients. Mr. Tierney holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Peter’s College and a master’s degree in Public Administration from John Jay College.
Jay McKillop, Senior Consultant
Mr. McKillop, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) has extensive law enforcement and private security experience. He spent over 10 years as a Special Agent with the IRS Criminal Investigations Division and FBI conducting investigations related to White Collar Crime and Tax fraud. After this experience, he joined The New York Times and spent over 20 years as the Director of Security and Building Operations with supervision of all building services, while maintaining overall responsibility for security of one of the world’s leading newspapers. More recently, he was Director, Regional Security Manager for multinational universal banks Barclays, and then UBS.
William Gavin, Senior Advisor
Mr. Gavin retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 28 years, last serving as Assistant Director of New York, the Bureau’s largest field office. In this capacity, he had responsibility for all investigative and administrative programs, 2,400 employees and a budget in excess of $300 million dollars. Mr. Gavin was responsible for the investigative direction and resolution of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Mr. Gavin received the (US) Presidential Distinguished Rank Award and the (US) Presidential Meritorious Rank Award. He appears frequently on CNN, FOX and MSNBC television to discuss terrorism and other criminal matters and has co-authored the book Pick Up Your Own Brass: Leadership the FBI Way, published by Potomac Books.
Mistina Picciano, Senior Advisor
Mistina offers two decades of experience in marketing and corporate communications for security and investigative firms. As the former Vice President of Communications for Guardsmark, she managed one of “America’s Greatest Brands.” She is president of Market it Write, a New York-based copywriting agency that provides marketing strategy and support for B2B organizations across the country.
Michael J. Henehan, Senior Advisor
Michael Henehan heads the company’s TSCM Division. Mr. Henehan enjoyed a varied and successful 25-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he designed, directed, and managed special operations supporting U.S. foreign counterintelligence interests. He has received many awards for his work, including the Director of Central Intelligence Award as the Outstanding Human Intelligence Gatherer for the Intelligence Community. He is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Margot Dennedy, Senior Advisor
Margot Dennedy retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 24 years of service, last serving as a Supervisory Special Agent in the New York office. She supervised cases involving violent crimes and major thefts. Following her career with the FBI, Ms. Dennedy was the Director of Security for Sotheby’s.
Kevin Donovan, Senior Advisor
Mr. Donovan is an experienced law enforcement and private sector executive. In his 39 years of public/private experience, he has developed expertise in investigations; physical, supply chain and personnel security; and operational security issues. Mr. Donovan has managed investigations, travel security, high-profile events, employee evacuations, and security assessments around the world. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Security for Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Office of the F.B.I.
Tina Krah, Senior Advisor
Tina has 37 years of experience at the highest levels of collegiate athletics administration. She worked with all three membership divisions at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for the past 18 years. Most recently, she served as director of the NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship, where she managed the women’s basketball officiating program and directed efforts for the NCAA Women’s Final Four, one of America’s marquee women’s sporting events.
Edmund Hartnett, Senior Advisor
Edmund Hartnett served 27 years with the NYPD, retiring at the rank of Deputy Chief. Upon retirement from the NYPD, Ed was the Police Commissioner of Yonkers. He then went on to be the president of a New York based security firm that grew exponentially during his tenure. Currently, he is the principal of Edmund Hartnett Risk Management which provides consulting services and business development strategies in the public and the private sector. Ed holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Marist College and a Certificate in Police Management from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the FBI National Executive Institute and the Executive Leaders Program of the Center for Homeland Defense and Security of the Naval Postgraduate School.
Pedro (Pete) Ruiz, Senior Advisor
Pedro (Pete) Ruiz has 34 years of investigative experience in law enforcement and 9 years in corporate security. In his last role with the government, Mr. Ruiz was the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s New York Field Office’s Intelligence Division. While serving in the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 24 years he supervised many high profile investigations including those involving South American drug cartels. He was also temporarily assigned to Drug Enforcement Agency for three years as the Deputy Special Agent in Charge of Special Operations Division (SOD). After leaving the FBI, Mr. Ruiz served as the North America Regional Security Director for Diageo, where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate security including investigations and supply chain security.
